RESERVATIONS:
Currently all carriage rides require a reservation. Please call us at 414-272-6873. All rates listed are for pick up and drop off at the InterContinental, Pfister or Hyatt hotels.

Current rates are $45/half-hour and $85/hour for the downtown rides. Please call for quotes for Weddings and other special events.

Typically, reservations placed 1 week in advance are sufficient, except during Valentine's Day, Sweetest Day, and the December Holidays. Please allow more time for these holidays.

Our cancellation policy provides a full refund if you should cancel no less than 72 hours prior to your reservation. Cancellation within 72 hours of a scheduled ride or failure to show up for a scheduled ride requires payment of the full fare. The same policy applies to gift certificates. Instead of requirement of the full payment, the gift certificate will be forfeited.
